Elements Clone Stamp tool works.
The Clone Stamp is used for transferring sampled parts of an image as
brushstrokes,
making it possible to remove objects by painting over them with samples
of nearby artwork.
Here I’ve selectively cloned parts of a stone wall to remove a piece of
old farm machinery.
